Melanie Boudloche
HR and Co-Owner
My husband, Dr. Lloyd Boudloch, LPC-S, LBA, BCBA-D, and I own and operate New Beginnings Behavior Services. We are an ABA clinic that specializes in Asd behaviors.
We love what we do for our clients and their families. My husband was one of the first BCBA’s in our area, so we were some of the pioneers in this field for our city.
We previously owned and operated Behavioral Developmental Services, LLC, from 2012 to 2019, which included five clinician sites. We sold it in 2019 and were looking forward to retirement, but that was not God’s plan; it was ours. He has moved us back into the field of ABA as of May 2022 to serve our community with services that are so greatly needed.
We love what we do in serving our community and our clients.

Alyssa Connor
MA, BCBA/LBA
My name is Alyssa Connor. I am a dedicated Behavior Analyst with a passion for working with children and their families to create meaningful change through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I graduated from Florida Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) in 2022 with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Practice. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I am dedicated to enhancing lives by implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual's unique needs. I find great fulfillment in helping clients reach their potential and supporting parents in the process of growth and development.

Michelle Scott
MA, BCBA/LBA
I was born and raised in South Louisiana and moved to the Ruston area to attend La Tech in 1990. I was educated, trained, and worked as a social worker for 20 years, serving adults, infants, and toddlers with developmental disabilities. In 2014, I began my master’s program in special education and taught in a self-contained classroom of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders for the next seven years. While teaching, I was introduced to ABA and finally found what I consider my calling! Since 2021, I have worked exclusively in ABA, earning my BCaBA and, most recently, my BCBA.

Lexy Boyte
Administration
My name is Lexy Boyte, and I have worked in the field of ABA for over 10 years. I am originally from the little town of Oak Grove, but I currently reside in the Swartz area with my husband and two sons. I received my BA in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Within the last year, I switched roles as a line tech to work mainly in administration while still working with clients occasionally. I am so grateful to be a part of the NBBS team and to serve you and your family!

Shayne Willard
MA, BCBA/LBA
My name is Shayne Willard. I was born and raised in San Diego, California, and then moved to Chicago, Illinois, for college. I got my Bachelor's in Counseling Psychology and then began to work in ABA as a Behavior Tech. I decided to pursue ABA as a career and began my master's degree. During this time, my husband and I relocated to Monroe, Louisiana. I completed my Master's degree in ABA, with an emphasis in Autism, from Ball State University and received my BCBA and LBA. I began working at NBBS soon after. I have a huge passion for this field and making an impactful difference in our families' lives. I look forward to serving your kiddos!

Blake Tarver
MS, Administration-Winnsboro Clinic
My name is Blake Tarver. In 2023 I began working as an RBT as I finished my Bachelor's degree in psychology from ULM. This led me to fall in love with field and make the decision to further my education in ABA. I graduated with a Master's degree in ABA, with an emphasis in Autism, through Ball State University in 2024. Soon, I will be sitting for my exam to become a BCBA. I grew up in the Franklin and Richland Parish area, so I am incredibly thankful to have the opportunity to serve the children and families of the place I call home!
